New Muse, and getting ready for N'awlins!

So! Just finished this up yesterday to have a nice final piece to my art book I'm putting together. I'm considering making this piece an exclusive for the indiegogo I'm going to start up for funding the book. I'll keep you posted!

Tomorrow I'm leaving super early for Wizard World New Orleans. Super excited since I've never been there and I've heard so many awesome things about the city. Plus it's the first show of the year and I get to see some awesome people I haven't seen in a while. :D Unfortunately there's supposed to be craptastic weather tonight up till my flight leaves (figures today and tomorrow are perfectly sunny) so I'm expecting some fun delays. ughhhh....

But!! If you're going to the show, I have a bunch of brand new prints, I'll be doing sketches and will be happy to chat with ya!

As for today, finishing up last minute work and going to do some gymnastics...trick will be not to destroy myself too bad before tomorrow. haha! No blisters no blisters.... But dammit I need to learn to do a handstand on the uneven bars! I think i may try vaulting today too....hmmm...

Kitty & Dino for Preorder online!

My first children's comic is up for preorder on Amazon.com (As well as on Barnes and Noble's site)
Link! It's published through Yen Press, and I'm REALLY excited for it's release on April 9th! Hardcover and 48 pages of super swirly fun!
Also if you preorder it, it's a lot cheaper than when it comes out in stores. So if you have a kidlet, or an inner child, no matter what age (there's not a lot of dialogue, very image driven) please pick up the book!
I'll hopefully have some at shows and when you get yours later on I'll be happy to draw in it if you see me at a convention!
If anyone knows how to pitch these to libraries to pick up please lemme know. haha so much to learn!

ECCC Charity piece Accepted!

My piece got accepted into the Emerald City Comic Con Monsters and Dames Charity Book! Books sold have money going toward the Seattle Children's Hospital and at the end of the day at ECCC on Saturday the original will be apart of the charity auction! Really excited about this since seeing the past books have been filled with many of my idols' work and holy crap, a glorious collections of artistic pretties. Apparently this year will be 80 pages of awesome so if you're going to the show! Pick one up! You'll also level up in Karma!

New Convention Banner

Hey Guys!
Just finished my new piece of Poison Ivy for my banner image at this year's upcoming conventions! I wanted to go for something that was as eyecatching as the Phoenix piece i had. But I needed something updated and I wanted to show some love for DC :) Keep an eye out for it!
